All This Week:

Sci-Fi is having a week-long BSG Marathon starting this Monday @ 8 AM. They will air almost all of the episodes from each season in order, every day from 8 AM to 5 PM until the S4 Premiere this Friday @ 10 PM. From what I can tell, the only things they are not airing are:

• Miniseries
  
• 1x01. "33"
  
• 1x02. "Water"
  
• 3x12. "Taking a Break from All Your Worries"
  
• Razor

Not sure why they're not airing 33 and Water. Those are two of my favorites.

Galactica Season 1 Coming to HDVD

Not sure if this has been reported before, but it's recently been announced that Universal will be releasing over a hundred new movies on the new High Def format, including the first season of Battlestar Galactica.

Universal to release over 100 titles on HD DVD this year

Universal Studios have announced that they'll be releasing over 100 titles in the HD DVD format in 2007, made up from a collection of new and classic films and TV programmes.

January 18th saw the release of titles Brokeback Mountain, The Mummy Returns, The Jerk, and The Game.

Upcoming titles will include Children of Men, The Good Shepherd, Smokin' Aces, 40-Year-Old Virgin, Battlestar Galactica S1, Scarface, American Pie, Bourne Identity, Brazil, Bruce Almighty, Erin Brokovich, Liar, Meet the Fockers, Pride and Prejudice, and Shaun of the Dead.

Universal are the only Hollywood studio currently supporting only HD DVD.
